My primary role is to lead the strategic improvement of the existing Admin Web application. This involves a comprehensive focus on redesigning the User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) , fundamentally restructuring the underlying HTML/CSS for better performance and maintainability.

For the mobile application, my team and I follow the same comprehensive, user-centric process that we established on WMcommand. This includes the full design cycle, from initial discovery (user research, interviews, and surveys) and strategic planning (competitive analysis and wireframing) through to final execution (low and high-fidelity prototyping and design).
